Order Processing
Orders are processed within 20 - 30 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are from the carrier and are not guarantees. We do not refund shipping costs for delayed deliveries and we missed the guaranteed carrier cutoff.

🚨 Limitation of Liability
By placing an order, you agree that we are not responsible for:

· Carrier delays (weather, volume, sorting errors, misrouting)
· Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after tracking shows “Delivered”
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you
· Unclaimed packages returned to sender
· Customs delays, seizures, or import fees (international orders)
· Damage occurring after carrier possession

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

1. Check with neighbors and around your property.
2. Wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes mark early).
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked “Delivered.” 

Wrong Address
If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be charged a second shipping fee to resend. No refund of original shipping fees will be given.

Returned to Sender (Unclaimed/Refused)
Packages unclaimed after 15 days or refused at delivery will be refunded product cost only, minus original shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

International Orders
Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. We will not mark orders as “gift” or undervalue shipments. If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, you will not receive a refund.

Contact for Issues
If tracking has not moved for 15+ business days, contact us. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf, but resolution depends on the carrier. We do not guarantee a refund or replacement while a claim is pending.

Note: Once a label is created, regardless if it has left facilities, we are no longer responsible for your package.  Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
